Unlike wines, most beers should be stored upright to minimize oxidation and metal or plastic contamination from the cap. High-alcohol ales, however, which continue to ferment in their corked bottles, should be stored on their sides.

Fantasy football drafts will be coming up soon. Are you ready? Do you have last years stats sheet? I know you have the whiteboard full of this year’s picks ready to go. You need a full stomach to be able think clearly when picking that next great running back that will carry your team.
If you host your fantasy draft at Bottoms Up Brewhouse, we will throw in 2 pizzas* for all the coaches to share. Wash it down with a few beers from our selection of nearly 70 beers and you may just have the best draft you have ever had!
Please call ahead (number is: 636-240-9218) to let us know what night you are drafting, give us your league name, and we will be ready for you and your crew and a great night of drafting. Also, if you would like, you can hook your laptop up to our big screen projector so everyone can watch along. Please note, you have to bring your own cable to attach to the projector. The projector has multiple forms of attachment, and if you have any questions, just stop by and check it out.

Also, we are now open on Sundays! Come in Sunday to watch the ballgame, have some pizza, beers, or wraps (yes, we have wraps on the new menu) and get out of the summer sun for a while. We’ll have more to come this fall on Sundays, so stay tuned.

Hello everyone, hope you’re enjoying a great summer!
As you might imagine from the title of this post, there are some new items hanging out on the menu at Bottoms Up. These new items will be available the first part of July, but we thought we would let you know a little ahead of time so you could start salivating now. Think of it similar to Pavlov’s test. We’re just ringing the bell.
We’ll have some new burgers, such as the Baton Rouge Burger (blackened with pepper jack cheese, jalapenos, onions, lettuce and creole mustard) and the Maui Waui Burger (topped with crisp bacon, grilled pineapple, lettuce, and teriyaki glaze). We’ll have a whole new line of wraps, including the Buffalo Chicken Wrap and the always popular Chicken Caesar Wrap. We’ll have a new Calzone with your choice of 14 toppings. We’ll have some new pizzas you will want to check out. Last, but certainly not least, we will have a new ’sammich’ dubbed The Colossal BUB. ‘Nuff said.
All of this food fun goes along with our recently expanded dining area that includes pool tables, new Golden Tees (on HD flat panel TVs) and SHUFFLEBOARD!

This Saturday, April 25th, we will be hosting our First Annual 40’s & 50’s night, and we want you to join us! We’ll have prizes and raffles, and of course, some specials, too. $3 drafts and specials all night on your favorite 50’s style drinks. Fullhouse Production DJ will be on hand to provide a great blend of that good old music.
