Beer in March – Irish Beer and other odds and ends

March 7, 2009

March is when many celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. You don’t have to be Irish to enjoy the fun and there are plenty of beers to wash down your corned beef and cabbage. Traditional favorite is Guinness, of course, but you might also want to try Boulevard’s Irish Ale.

Toasts are a tradition on St. Patty’s day. Here are a few good ones:

-As you slide down the banisters of life may the splinters never point the wrong way.
-Here’s to your coffin…May it be built of 100 year old oaks which I will plant tomorrow.
